The Ruby necklace, the one I’ve been trying to make Shana win for 3 years now, has now been awarded. And in what might be the most incredible results I’ve seen on ISML this year yet (and maybe even all 3 years), Misaka Mikoto has come out on top and claimed the Ruby prize, incidentally…for the 3rd year in a row (and continuing tradition) Shana has placed 2nd on the Ruby standings, having someone else come from behind and ninja the ruby neckalce from within her grasp…feels bad man 
I AM SHOCK!!
And now for the reason why I think this round is prob one of the most surprising rounds i’ve seen on ISML…

And with this, there is no longer any undefeated characters on ISML. The biggest shock of them all was seeing the almighty Akiyama Mio, whose strength was already looking like it could not be rivalled by anyone not named Shana, falling down to Taiga, who was also responsible for handing last year’s undefeated Haruhi Suzumiya her first lost, in Ruby as well. Could it be that the anti-voting finally caught up to her? Or maybe Taiga was strengthened by the shadow of Shana as a sign of vengance? Either way, only 23 votes was enough to accomplish what no one could see coming, and now Mio will not be finishing ISML with a clean sheet.
But on the other side of the battle, Hinagiku also suffers her first loss on ISML to her now long time rival Shana, which brings the Shana vs Hinagiku matchups to 4-3 in favour of Shana for now. But the loss she just suffered was greater than anticipated, how is it that someone like Azusa came closer to beating Shana than Hinagiku? Could it be that this block of voters are more “JC Staff” oriented and decided to band with the one more likely to win? Either way, now Diamond period is looking to be very interesting.
